Jim developed a passion for food at a young age. He came up with the idea of starting his own business that would combine his love for food and cooking, without the need for one kitchen and working 100 hours a week. This led to the establishment of Delicious Thymes Catering and Personal Chef Services, which has become one of the finest and most trusted catering and personal chef services in Maine. Building on the success of Delicious Thymes, Jim decided to embark on another adventure by starting his sister company, Elite Personal Chefs & Events, LLC. They are located in Greater Portland, Maine, and offer services such as wedding receptions, corporate events, celebrations, and more!
